Habits For Line Manager

TRUST-LED LEADERSHIP

Habits and behaviours that take line managers from box-ticking to leading and coaching.

The Problem

Your line managers were promoted because they were great at the day-to-day work. That doesn't mean they know how to coach and lead a team.

They're carrying out the 1-2-1s. They're doing the end-of-year reviews. Ticking the boxes, but they feel they need all the answers, and you're worried they're easily overwhelmed.

You hear whispers of micromanaging. You see unnecessary leavers. Or the opposite: you're worried some don't really know what's going on.

They're all symptoms of the same thing: leadership skills they were never taught or, more likely, never embedded as habits.

The Solution

Using a few simple, practical coaching habits, we turn your line managers into inspirational leaders who produce self-sustaining teams.

Every session is built around live practice, not theory. Participants leave with tools they've already tried out in the room, not just notes from a slide. Learning continues in between sessions.

The result is leadership that doesn't rely on having all the answers. It relies on asking the right questions, creating space for others to think, and building the kind of psychological safety that lets a team perform at its best.

  • 3 online sessions – up to 8 leaders

  • Alternatively – 1 half-day session (up to 10 leaders)
