  • Welcome to Rooted Tuesdays—a vibrant 12-week program designed to make habit change enjoyable and communal. By meeting weekly and exploring a new habit each session, we create a playful and supportive environment. Guided by the book "Body Thrive" by Cate Stillman, our approach blends Eastern and Western philosophies for holistic well-being.

    • Weekly Sessions: Meet every Tuesday on zoom to delve into a new habit. 

    • Body Thrive Framework: Follow the insightful teachings of "Body Thrive" by Cate Stillman.

    • Community Support: Experience the infectious energy and accountability of changing habits as a group.

    • Optional WhatsApp group: Catch up videos and additional 121 coaching.
